A downloadable game for Windows

You woke up on a desolate island up north, and your only company is a talking seal that insists on having you build cairns.

«Everything you didn't get to do» is a first-person cairn-building game about commitment and validation.

This game marks the beginning of the collaboration between Selkie Harbour and Deconstructeam. We joined forces to explore what kind of narrative experiences we can develop together! Please, join us on this journey of discovery and help us grow with your feedback ❤

Thanks to Francisco Riolobos for the exquisite illustrations that appear in the game.

I made it to the end and walked back down to grab the chair, I've always said that I've wanted a place for someone to sit and relax by my grave, but I fell in a divot in the final hill and was unable to reach the end. I don't really want to retry it, and the unintended feeling of dread of being stuck on this island for eternity, and the heartbreak of being so close to something so important only to lose it, a feeling that has followed me in many ways throughout my life, is sort of an ending in its own right. I don't know what the ending is, but I love all your games, so I'm sure it would have been great, maybe I'll come back and play through it again to see the true ending

we’re so sorry you found a hard block in the game :( but thank you so much for sharing your own personal ending, it’s beautiful

A neat calming experience, though honestly I didn't quite gel with the message it delivered about validation. It still had a nice atmosphere, a cool little story, and some laid-back puzzles about stacking rocks.

Very nice and calming experience.

If you want to lean into player agency, let the player decide for themselves whether their cairn is good enough. I cheated on the archway one because I just wanted to progress the story and I was already trained that I needed to pass some criteria to progress.

If every time the seal just said "are you happy" - I think it would have been more powerful.

Good job!

Incredibly beautiful game that stirred my heart to play. Towards the middle and ending really got me. The atmosphere is incredibly done, and the seal is rather endearing for all their snark. Kudos to the developers <3

SELKIE STORY FUCK YES FUCK YES FUCK YES

This touched me. The seal's chipper nihilism and paternalising praise turn the casual gameplay into something dark and bitterly sisyphean, right up to the cathartic ending. That optional last cairn is a powerful image. Very atmospheric visually and with the music; I liked the reactivity, longer melodies rewarding your progress on the cairn, and how the seal even comments on your use of non-rock objects (even if it's all ultimately designed to hurt you). Personally, I also enjoyed this as kind of a polyvalent development on Deconstructeam's Eternal Home Floristry. Excited to see what else will come out of this collaboration!

I really wish I was able to play this, because it seems really pretty and watching it on YouTube isn't good enough, but it runs like total ass on my computer and messing with the settings doesn't change anything. It ends up looking like an RPG adventure game from the early 90's, a slideshow that shifts every few seconds. Sad.

This was awesome. The setting, music, graphics and more than anything the words in the storytelling were all just spot on. Loved this. 5/5... :)

very fun and chill! in my own interpretation, the seal we speak to within the game is the player character's daughter. really loved the physics objects here, too!

AWESOME GAME WITH UNIQUE STORY!!! I LIKED YOU PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN I PUT ITEMS DIFFERENT ITEMS DURING THE LATTER PART OF THE GAME. KEEP IT UP AND GOD BLESS TO Y'ALL

my therapist will fucking love this

What a lovely peace. I enjoyed finding the little mementos of human life- I sucked at making cairns it seems, but the effort was made. The fairytale within was additionally lovely.

This game was so interesting and evoked a lot of emotion. Keep up the great work!

This game was really neat with a chill atmospheric vibe. I wasn't expecting to get roasted by a seal at one point.

10/10

Gameplay!

Very atmospheric, the music and the mechanics got me in quite the trance. Playing this felt like meditating, loved it! I’m really hyped to see what other new projects will come from this collab :).

great jobs ...deep story for ending ..cry ..thank u

This game is super cute and cozy. If you want to relax, this is a good option: build a few piles of stones. The seal is a perfect assistant and also very funny.
